Sauming has a combined 15 years of experience in go-to-market strategy and execution across growth-stage, large technology, and Fortune 100 companies. With a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, she is a collaborative and results-oriented leader with a passion for building, connecting, and optimizing teams and workflows. While management consulting at Accenture, she has worked with technology leaders and Fortune 100 companies such as Google, Amazon, Cisco, and The Boeing Company.
Prior to joining Watts Innovations, Sauming obtained in-depth industry experience as the Head of Go to Market at Auterion, where she drove the go-to-market strategy for the first hardware products to accompany a SaaS business model. With a hands-on approach and with heavy stakeholder collaboration between product, engineering, and sales, she is uniquely positioned to address strategy and execution of Watts Innovations’ commercial objectives.
